Six for Six
In 6 days, I managed to get in 6 workouts including one 14 mile run. One day I got a morning strength workout and an afternoon cardio session. It’s been quite a week. So tonight, after spending a good portion of my “rest” day blowing, raking and bagging leaves in our yard, I did the grocery shopping, went to an afternoon movie with the teenager and came home after the Superbowl started to make dinner while listening to the halftime show and then settled in to watch the rest of the game. On Monday I’ll be asking my trainer if he can make me run like Jacoby Jones. Or at least help me learn the touchdown dance.
