Favorite Workout of the Week
My favorite workout of the week was one that began with a good full body warm up to get ready for this:
Core workout hanging from bar, 2 sets of 20 each
knees to chest, straight leg lift, alternating knees and toes to bar
Then a TRX band workout. If band workouts aren’t in your repertoire, they should be.
40 x each, can be done in sets
chest press/triceps press
inverted row/biceps curl
Followed by strength: 40 each
upright barbell row
BOOM! I felt this workout everywhere the next day.
