Grrrr! Workouts

My favorite workouts from the past week.

2 sets x 1 min each

  • punching bag
  • box jumps
  • iron cross
  • mountain climbers with floor sliders
  • overhead dumbbell walk
  • jump rope
  • kettle bell swing
  • wall ball
  • burpees with dumbbell

TRX Band workout 

3 x 15 each

  • pullups
  • inverted row
  • bicep curl
  • triceps press
  • chest press
  • 1 mile run


Strength Set: 3 x 10 ea

  • power clean
  • straight leg dead lift
  • hill walk with weight plate overhead
  • push press

followed with cardio

Cardio Set

  • 10 hill sprints
  • 50 tire jumps
  • 30 burpees
  • 50 yards side shuffle
  • 50 tire flips
  • 100 tire licks

  1. I’m going to try some of these (I don’t have equipment to do all of them since I’m an at home worker-outer!). Thanks, girl!

    • There are always modifications. One of my go to workouts at home if I have to stay inside is to do 10 push-ups, 15 squats, and 20 sit ups As many rounds as possible for 20 minutes, no rest. It’s quick, it makes me feel like I’ve done something, and it doesn’t require any equipment.
