where it stops, nobody knows. I’ve been busy. Busy not blogging. I’ll be getting back to it soon. Good news is I’m busy not blogging in part because I’m running more, working out, and even organizing my first race. Yep. Busy.

  • medicine ball chops x 10 ea side
  • box jumps x 25
  • plate push x 25 yds
  • weighted dips x 12
  • front raise x 10

  • plate push x 25 yds
  • jump rope x 150
  • step ups with weight x 8 ea leg
  • calf raises x 15
  • stability ball hamstring curl x 10
  • sit ups x 25

5 Rounds

50 each

  • squats
  • jumping jacks
  • mountain climbers
  • pushups
  • situps

Core Workout

3 Rounds 30 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest

  • toe touches with weight
  • roman (seated) twist with weight
  • plank
  • right side plank
  • left side plank
  • bicycles
  • back extension on stability ball
  • V-ups
