Will Burpee for Bread

Sunday I was out in my yard and noticed that the warm winter and rain had given my herb garden a chance to grow as well as the Spring weeds. The rosemary is quite huge. So I decided to make this beautiful rosemary bread to go along with some pasta with homemade red pepper sauce, walnuts and goat cheese.

To make up for the carb load, I tried to work out hard this week.

Monday: warm up and 10 minutes of hard CORE work

4 Rounds for time:

  • plate push x 35lb x 30 yds
  • kettlebell swings x 30lb x 25
  • 200m backpedal run
  • pullups x 10
  • overhead lunges x 25lb x 20 steps

time- 24:19

Tuesday: warm up and more hardcore CORE

24-20-15-10

  • Burpee to deadlift 45lb
  • pullup
  • overhead lunge x 25lb
  • situps
  • pushups
  • kettlebell swing x 30lb

Wednesday: sick trainer mean an afternoon with the Bob Harper Inside Out Method Strength workout. 65 minutes of torture.

Thursday: rest day

Friday: warm up

2 Rounds of 50 each

  • plyopress jumps x 120lbs (1) 105lb (2)
  • box step ups 18″ box, 12lb DBs
  • floor wipers x 95lb
  • burpees
  • hangclean x 45lb (1) 55lb(2)
  • situps
  • mountain climbers
  • inverted rows
