What did I do?

This week for workouts:

A 2.5 mile walk with hand weights and 15 min stationary bike workout
a 20 minute morning stroll with an hour of mixed walk/jog/incline work on the treadmill
a biggest loser bootcamp video workout
a 3 mile run with upper body/ab workout for 20 min

today’s plan is a repeat of the hour long mixed treadmill workout. May reduce to 45 min with increased intensity and do some strength training

Weekend plans include a 4 mile trail run and a mountain bike expedition. We’ll see if the weather allows.
