New Year’s first workout
On the friggin 6th?? I’m feeling almost normal. Not quite, but close.
1.5 miles on the treadmill, fast walk (3.8 mph) intervals up and down between 3-7% incline
25 fast body weight squats
2 x 10 pushups
2 x 10 x 90lb ea close stance, wide stance and calf presses on the Hip Sled
attempted to do hammer curls on a balance board but could only squeeze out a couple without losing balance- dropped weights and played on the board for a minute then picked the weights up-and decided it was better than the nothing I had been doing, don’t push it, and went back to work
