Instead of ending with 30 sec sprints I did 10 minutes of run/jog/rest 30-45 seconds at 6, 8 or 8.5mph and a 2 minute cool down walk.
You swam with the Fishes? Funny, you would think I’d remember that….
yup, there was this one fish, with a red dorsal fin and a big smile. Don’t know what that was about.
