Another New One for Tuesday

circuit 1.
Wide grip lat pulldowns 20 x 30lbs, 12 x 35lbs, 6 x 40lbs this was too heavy
Dumbbell Row 15 x 8lbs this was way too light
Lunges x 50 (25 each leg)
1 minute run a incline 10% 5.5mph

2.
Low dumbbell row (pull to stomach instead of chest) 15 x 12 lbs still too light
Hamstring curl 15 x 40lbs
Step Ups 20 x each leg
repeat 10% run at 5.5mph

3.
Crab walk 10 steps forward (not sure on form for this one)
Reverse Plank with 5 leg lifts each leg
Crabe walk 10 steps backward
Revers Plank with leg lifts
Supermans x20 with 20 sec hold at end
reverse crunch x25
Mountain climbers 1 min

4.
Pendulum lunge with hammer curl 10 x 10lbs each leg
Hammer curl to failure (tried 12lbs but managed 20 reps so I think this is too light)
Static Lunge 10 ea leg (this should have included a reverse cable fly but I didn’t have a band)
Repeat 1 min 10% run @ 5.5mph

5.
Single leg pelvic thrust x15 ea leg
Toe Touch crunches x25
Mountain climbers 1 min

Okay I have to admit that I was practically stumbing between circuits and my butt is a little sore today.
