How does a forty something year old mom with a full time job outside the home PLUS a home business on the side find time to attempt to stay even somewhat fit?  She makes it part of her family life and her business and then she writes about it.

We live in the Natural State where outdoor activity is available pretty much year round. According to some, it gets too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter but I rarely find that either is true when you’re prepared for it. We like to hike, bike, camp and paddle.  We don’t get to do any of those things as often as we’d like. But who does?
